Pro- Airbnb is located in nice location. minutes walk to the beach.<br/>cons- it had few issues-<br/>1. amenities like toiletries ( extra toilet papers, body wash) are missing <br/>2. kitchen utility items like dish soap, extra dish washer pod, kitchen paper roll not provided.<br/>3. One of the bathroom sliding door lock was broken and we couldn't lock the bathroom. body wash also not provided.<br/>4. sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable and not reliable since it's not fully flat. massive neck pain because of that.<br/>5. washer drier unit was not reliable - dryer didn't dry out clothes until we ran 3-4 times. and it was medium load.<br/>overall it didn't have the warmth of Airbnb. Had a great time here! There were a few very minor issues but overall the location and apartment was exactly what I'd been hoping for. Maria was also very responsive and friendly, and the guide website provided was helpful! James

Our biggest issue with this unit is it is NOT as advertised. It is described as a beautiful stylish luxury apartment. It is not. It is old and in need of TLC/updates. The furniture is old, stained and chipped, the walls are dingy and chipped and need to be repainted, the “view” is of rooftops/commercial buildings and the garage is flooded out (after charging $ extra for parking) so we walked thru ankle deep water every day. The amenities are scarce (no coffee, napkins, paper towels and only 1-2 extra trash bags). Having said that, if you can get it for a fair price for an average apartment, it is in a good location, spacious and the management team is very responsive (the sheets and towels were stained and they immediately switched them out and also brought some paper towels and are quite helpful and eager to address problems within their purview). We were disappointed based on our expectations but for the right pricing, we would consider staying again. Great location, great host, great experience
